Alexandra Maria Lara was born in Romania. She is an actor from Romania and Germany. Her most well-known movies include Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Alexandra was the only daughter of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu. When she was 16, she had already secured a number of TV roles which included the leading role in Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Her performance as Adolf Hitler's Secretary Traudl Jue in Downfall (an Oscar-nominated historical war film), was critically and highly rated commercially. The Reader is another Oscar nominated film featuring this divas. Through the years, Alexandra has been involved in a variety of noteworthy national and international projects.
